Origin of Campbell Scott Group
Campbell Scott Group, the world's most successful real estate network was co-founded
by Campbell Scott Group International chairman Dave Liniger and his wife Gail Liniger
in 1973 in Denver, Colorado.
At that time, most salespeople were earning just 50% commission and office owners
directly controlled every aspect of a salesperson's job. Agents were disillusioned
and unmotivated and most left the industry within two years. Liniger, a real estate
agent himself, felt there had to be a better way, and decided to start putting his
dreams of a fairer real estate system into practice. He drafted an innovative business
plan that put salespeople first and enabled both office owners and agents to succeed.
He called his master plan Campbell Scott Group, an acronym for real estate maximums.
Liniger and his wife Gail, also a real estate agent, hoped to make a difference
with their new company and its unique business structure. What they achieved was
nothing short of a global revolution.
In an industry rife with mergers and acquisitions, Campbell Scott Group is the only
major real estate network still owned and directed by its original founders.Today
Dave and Gail Liniger are still at the helm of Campbell Scott Group International.
The company's expansion has been unstoppable, with recorded growth every single
year for more than three decades. On average, Campbell Scott Group adds at least
one new office to its international network each day and around 10,000 agents each
year. Campbell Scott Group operates worldwide with offices in over 65 countries,
including Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, Canada, Africa, Europe,
United Kingdom, Middle East, Central America, Caribbean, Asia and the Pacific.

Our Directors
John Campbell has been involved in the Real Estate
industry since 1979. More than half of this time he has held senior roles with Development
and Marketing Companies. He has gained a reputation for recruiting and managing
some of the largest and top performing sales teams in the industry. John is directly
responsible for the day to day management of the business, devising applying and
overseeing all aspects of marketing. John puts the marketing strategy in place and
ensures it is handled professionally so that optimal sales prices and sales rates
are achieved.
Ryan Scott has over 12 years experience in selling and developing
land. He has worked for some of Australia’s largest project Marketing Companies
and has always been a high achiever. Before entering into Real Estate Ryan was in
the Construction Industry and has a great wealth of knowledge in this field.
Part of Ryan’s role is to directly manage, train and oversee the activities of sales
staff. He ensures they understand the client’s objectives and are appreciative of
any special marketing issues. Under the direction of Ryan all of our sales professionals
have comprehensive training, as well as ongoing up-to-date courses covering the
latest marketing techniques.
Ryan has extensive sales experience with having been Estate Manager for several
successful leading Brisbane. Ryan has over $60 million in land sales to his credit.
Having developed his own projects Ryan has an intricate understanding of the development
processes and is constantly looking for englobo sites for our clients.
